Diagnosis
The camera’s local connection to your home network is fine, but the remote P2P connection used for live view outside your home network has failed.
How to Fix It
Restart your home router. This refreshes all network connections and is the fix 80% of the time. 1) Unplug your router and modem for 30 seconds. 2) Plug the modem back in, wait for it to fully boot. 3) Plug the router back in and wait. 4) Once your Wi-Fi is back, check the app. The camera should reconnect automatically within 2 minutes.
If That Didn't Work
The issue is likely port blocking on your router. Ensure UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) is enabled in your router’s settings. If you can’t enable UPnP, you may need to manually forward ports for Eufy (varies by model, check Eufy’s support site for specifics).
Heads Up
If you’re trying to view on cellular data, some mobile carriers (like certain MVNOs) block P2P ports. Test the live view on a different Wi-Fi network (like a friend’s house) to confirm. If it works there, the issue is your mobile carrier.
