Diagnosis
The internal fuse on the camera's mainboard likely blew, often due to a power surge or incorrect wiring voltage.
How to Fix It
You must replace the floodlight unit. Eufy doesn’t sell user-replaceable fuses for this model. Steps: 1) Turn off circuit breaker. 2) Disconnect the unit. 3) Contact Eufy support with your proof of purchase; they’ll usually send a replacement under warranty if it’s a power surge failure.
If That Didn't Work
Double-check you have constant power (not a switched circuit) and that your wiring matches the unit's voltage requirement (120V in North America). A non-contact voltage tester can confirm power is reaching the wires.
Heads Up
If you connected it to a three-way switch circuit or a dimmer, that can instantly damage the unit. It requires a standard, always-on single-pole switch.
