DIAGNOSIS Error code E15 indicates a drain issue. The unit detected water remaining in the sump after a drain attempt. This is almost always a blockage in the drain hose or house plumbing.
FIX Disconnect power. Check the drain hose under the sink. Ensure it is not kinked, pinched, or inserted too far into the standpipe (should not exceed 12 inches). Remove the hose and clear any obstruction. Check the sink air gap or garbage disposal connection for clogs.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The internal drain pump may be obstructed. Access requires removing the kick plate. Check the pump impeller for debris. A humming sound without draining points to a jammed pump. A silent pump points to a motor failure.
HEADS UP The drain error will auto-clear if the blockage is removed. To reset, hold the Start button for 3 seconds after clearing the fault. The unit will attempt to drain again.
