DIAGNOSIS The cleaning cycle will not initiate if the internal water tank is below the minimum fill line or if the unit detects the ice basket is full.
FIX 1) Press the Power button to turn the unit off. 2) Empty the ice basket completely. 3) Fill the water tank to the MAX line with clean water and 1 cup of white vinegar. 4) Press and hold the Clean button for 3 seconds until the light stops blinking and stays solid. The pump will then activate.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The unit may be in a thermal lockout from recent use. Unplug the machine from power for 10 full minutes. This resets the control board. Plug it back in and immediately try the Clean button sequence.
HEADS UP Do not use chemical descalers or bleach. Only use a vinegar solution or the official Euhomy cleaning tablets. Run two rinse cycles with fresh water after cleaning to flush all vinegar residue.
