DIAGNOSIS You are using too much detergent or the wrong type. This model is low-water, high-efficiency. Suds overload triggers a sensor and stops the cycle.
FIX Use only 1-2 tablespoons of HE detergent. Never use regular detergent. Run a rinse/spin cycle with no clothes to clear suds. Use the washer's "Suds Removal" function if available.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The pressure sensor or its air hose is clogged with debris or detergent, giving false readings. Locate the hose connection at the outer tub, detach, and blow through it to clear.
HEADS UP Liquid fabric softener can also cause sudsing. Add it to the designated dispenser, not directly on clothes.
