DIAGNOSIS The shipping bolts were not removed during installation. Or the washer is not level on the floor.
FIX Unplug washer. Tilt it back and check the rear. Remove all four shipping bolts and plastic spacers. Save them for moving. Use a carpenter's level on the washer top. Adjust the front leveling legs until perfectly level side-to-side and front-to-back.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The suspension rods and springs that hold the tub may be damaged from previous unbalanced loads. This requires a full tub removal to inspect and replace (part kit DC97-15220A).
HEADS UP Running it with shipping bolts in will permanently damage the suspension system and the tub. Fix this immediately.
