Diagnosis
Condensate water isn't draining properly from the internal collection pan into the bucket, likely due to a misaligned or clogged drain path.
How to Fix It
Turn off and unplug the unit. Remove the water bucket. Tilt the entire dehumidifier gently backward over a towel to drain any standing water from the base. Use a soft cloth to wipe the internal drain channel and the bucket seal area clean of any sludge or debris.
If That Didn't Work
The internal drain tube might be kinked or disconnected. This requires opening the casing, which voids warranty. Contact Ivation support for a repair or replacement if under warranty.
Heads Up
This often happens if you let the bucket overfill repeatedly. Always empty it before it reaches the "full" line to prevent water from backing up into the unit.
