my absolute ozone generator won't turn on, nothing on the screen. what do i check?

Check power and the remote control circuit first.

1. Verify the power cord is plugged into a standard grounded outlet and the outlet has power.
2. Check the remote control terminals. For the generator to be "On," the remote switch must be normally open. If the switch is closed or the safety shutoff is activated, it will stop ozone production.
3. If the LCD screen is dark, it may be in power-saving mode. Touch the screen at any point to turn it on.

If that didn't work: The internal iOzone diagnostic system may have shut down the unit due to a fault. This can be triggered by incorrect wiring or voltage at the remote terminals, incorrect operating pressure, or overheating. You'll need to check those conditions.

Heads up: Before any service, turn OFF all power switches and disconnect the power cord. Failure to do so risks serious injury or death from electrical shock.
