Diagnosis
Your Consciot 11-Piece Blender is completely unresponsive because its internal thermal safety mechanism has activated. This thermal fuse, a standard safety feature in many blenders, is designed to trip and cut power if the motor overheats from prolonged use, a jammed blade, or a very thick mixture. It acts like a circuit breaker for the appliance.
How to Fix It
- Immediately unplug the blender from the wall outlet.
- Leave the unit unplugged and undisturbed for a full 30-45 minutes to allow the motor to cool down completely and the internal thermal fuse to reset itself.
- While waiting, inspect the power cord for any visible damage, kinks, or cuts. Ensure you are plugging directly into a known-working wall outlet, not a power strip or extension cord, as these can cause voltage drops that prevent startup.
- After the cool-down period, plug the blender directly into the wall outlet. Attempt to turn it on using a simple function like "Pulse."
If That Didn't Work
If the blender remains dead after the full reset, the issue is likely a faulty power component. First, double-check a different wall outlet with a different small appliance to rule out a hidden outlet issue. If the problem persists, the thermal fuse may have failed permanently, the internal wiring may be damaged, or the power cord itself could be defective. For the Consciot 900 Peak, you must contact Consciot customer support or an authorized service center. Do not attempt to open the base or repair it yourself, as this voids the warranty and involves hazardous live components.

To prevent future thermal trips, avoid running your blender for extended periods on high speed with very thick ingredients (like nut butters or frozen dough). Always use the tamper through the lid, never a utensil, to clear jams, and ensure the blender jar is properly seated and locked onto the base before operating.
