my cosori pro le air fryer won't turn on at all, what's going on?

— asked by Jamal

Most likely, the basket isn't fully seated or the unit isn't plugged into a compatible outlet. Start with the basics.

  1. Check that the power cord is firmly plugged into a 120V, 60Hz outlet. Do not use a 220–240V outlet.
  2. Push the basket securely all the way into the air fryer housing. It won't start if the basket isn't detected.
  3. Ensure the polarized plug (one wide prong) is oriented correctly in the outlet.

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: If the display is completely dead, check the outlet with another device. If the outlet works, there's an internal failure. Do not use the air fryer if the cord or plug is damaged. Contact Cosori Customer Support.

HEADS UP: Never use an outlet below the counter. Keep the cord from dangling over edges where it could be pulled or touch hot surfaces.
