Yeah, this one's common. That specific combo—three beeps with a flashing red light—means your RoboVac's drop sensors are dirty, or it's stuck on the ledge of a staircase and can't back up.
Here's what to do:
- First, pick it up and move it to a flat, open area on the floor.
- Grab a dry cloth and gently wipe off the drop sensors. Those are the little black windows on the bottom around the edges.
- If the problem area is a staircase or a steep drop you don't want it near, you'll need to use a physical barrier (like a virtual wall strip or a piece of furniture) to block it off. The sensors can get confused by very dark or reflective floors, too.
If that didn't work: Try a full restart. Turn the main power switch on the bottom off, wait two seconds, and turn it back on. Place it back on the floor in the clear area.
Heads up: Keep those sensors clean once a month. Dust and grime will absolutely cause this to happen again.
