my eufy robovac 11s keeps beeping three times in a row and won't move, what's wrong?

— asked by Jamie

The unit is signaling a charging error. The three-beep pattern means it's not making proper contact with the charging base.

  1. Power off the RoboVac using the switch on its underside.
  2. Inspect the metal charging contacts on both the vacuum and the charging base. Clean them with a dry cloth to remove any dust or debris.
  3. Reposition the charging base. It needs a minimum of 3 feet of open space on each side and in front of it. Ensure it's on a hard, level surface and pressed flush against a wall.
  4. Power the RoboVac back on and manually place it on the base, aligning the contacts. It should start charging silently.

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: The issue could be the power adapter or the base itself. Try using a different power outlet. If the problem persists, contact eufy customer service for a repair or replacement of the charging base.

HEADS UP: Always ensure the charging base's area is clear. Obstructions or an uneven floor can prevent proper docking and cause this error.
