The three-beep error tone means the drop sensors are dirty or the unit is physically stuck on a ledge.
- Turn off RoboVac and move it to a flat, open area.
- Clean the drop sensors on the bottom with a dry cloth. Avoid reflective or very dark-colored floors, as sensors work less effectively there.
- Place a physical barrier (like a board or a virtual wall accessory) in front of the staircase to block it off.
- Turn RoboVac back on and restart cleaning.
If that didn't work: The sensors might be failing. Restart RoboVac by turning the main power switch off and on. If the problem persists on a clean, non-reflective floor, contact eufy service.
Heads up: The anti-drop sensors are a safety feature, not a guarantee. Always use a physical barrier for stairs or steep drops.
