It's in standby mode. The blinking POWER light means it's plugged in but not actively making ice.
Press the ON/OFF key. The POWER light should go solid. If it doesn't, the unit might be in a reset period. Unplug it from the wall outlet. Wait 30 minutes if you just moved it. Plug it back in, wait for the POWER light to blink, then press ON/OFF.
If that didn't work, check the ADD WATER indicator. If it's lit, the water reservoir is empty. Remove the ice basket, fill the reservoir with room-temperature drinking water up to the MAX line, replace the basket, and press ON/OFF again.
Heads up: Never plug or unplug it with wet hands. Always use a dedicated, grounded outlet—no other appliance should share it.
