Diagnosis
The main control board is not receiving power. The most common cause is a tripped thermal fuse on the household circuit breaker.
How to Fix It
First, verify the household circuit breaker for the laundry room is fully ON. If it was tripped, reset it. Next, ensure the washer's power cord is firmly plugged into a dedicated 120V, 15A outlet. The outlet must not be controlled by a wall switch. Finally, press and hold the Power button on the washer's control panel for 3 seconds.
If That Didn't Work
The issue may be a failed main control board or a blown thermal fuse on the washer's internal power supply. This requires a technician to test and replace the component.

Do not use an extension cord or a GFCI outlet, as these can prevent the washer from receiving stable power.
