my keurig k-mini is making a loud gurgling sound but no water comes out at all.

DIAGNOSIS This is almost always a clogged exit needle—the sharp tube that punctures the K-Cup. Old coffee grounds or scale have completely blocked it.

FIX Clear the blockage immediately. The process is manual but simple:
1. Unplug the machine and lift the handle.
2. Visually inspect the small exit needle in the top of the brew chamber. You'll see a hole.
3. Use a unfolded paperclip or Keurig's official needle cleaning tool. Gently insert it into the hole of the exit needle to dislodge any debris.
4. Wipe the area clean with a damp cloth. Close the handle, plug it in, and run a water-only cycle to flush.

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The intake needle (inside the K-Cup holder) might also be clogged. With the handle open, push the black K-Cup holder to the side to access it. Gently clean that needle with your paperclip as well.

HEADS UP Never use a knife or anything wider than a paperclip. You can permanently bend or break the needle, which requires a full assembly replacement.
