The jar isn't seated correctly or the unit isn't plugged in.
- Make sure the blender jar handle is facing the control dial. Align the jar with the slot in the jar pad.
- Plug the blender directly into a grounded 3-prong outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
- Turn the control dial from (O) to any speed or preset program.
- Press the start button.
If that didn't work: The unit may have entered an automatic stop. For variable speeds 1-5, it stops after 3 minutes. For preset programs, it stops when the cycle ends. Turn the dial to (O), wait 10 seconds, then try again.
Heads up: Always support the blender base when moving it. Carrying it by the jar can disengage the base.
