First, check the jar alignment and lid.

DIAGNOSIS: The jar is likely not seated correctly or the lid isn't secure.

FIX:

  • Place and align the jar with the slot on the jar pad. The jar handle must face the control dial.
  • Ensure the Lid and Lid Center Cap are both securely in place.
  • Turn the dial from (O) to your desired speed, then press start.

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: The unit may have auto-stopped after 3 minutes on a variable speed. Press stop, then start again.

HEADS UP: Plug the blender directly into a grounded 3-prong outlet, not a power strip.
