You need to clean the print head and roller. First, make sure the printer is completely switched off.
Open the paper compartment and let the print head cool if you've printed recently. Use a dry alcohol cotton swab to wipe the roller and print head. Wait 5-10 minutes for the alcohol to evaporate before closing up and turning it back on. Don't use gasoline or acetone.
