niimbot b1 is making a weird clicking noise and nothing prints, how do i fix this?

First, check the paper feed. The label paper must stick out of the paper exit by about 0.5cm.

If that's correct, the label paper or thermal transfer ribbon is likely used up. Replace it. Ensure you're using official NIIMBOT label paper to prevent print head damage.
