my ninja foodi 6.5 quart won't start, it just shows 'SHUT' on the control panel. help?

The crisping lid is open. It must be closed for the selected function to start.

1. Fully close the crisping lid.
2. The 'SHUT' message should clear.
3. Press START/STOP to begin cooking.

If the message persists, ensure the lid is fully seated and latched. Check for any obstructions preventing it from closing completely.
