It's an automatic function. Press the KEEP WARM button to turn it off.
- After pressure cooking, steaming, or slow cooking, the unit automatically switches to Keep Warm mode and counts up for 12 hours.
- To stop it, simply press the KEEP WARM button. The display will stop counting.
Note: Keep Warm mode is not for heating cold food, just for maintaining a food-safe temperature.
