Diagnosis
This is a loose or misaligned front fender. The mounting bolts work loose from vibration, letting the plastic fender rub against the tire or the brake disc.
How to Fix It
Tighten the two hex bolts that secure the front fender to the fork. Use the included multi-tool. Hold the fender centered over the wheel while tightening to ensure even clearance on both sides.
IF THAT DIDN’T WORK Inspect the front brake caliper alignment. If the fender is tight, the noise might be the brake rotor slightly rubbing the caliper pads. A visual check for even gaps confirms this.
