my sun joe spx3000 pressure washer won't turn on at all, no lights or anything, what's going on?

The machine isn't getting power. Check the basics first.

1. Verify it's plugged into a working outlet. Reset any GFCI outlet.
2. Try a different outlet, especially if other machines are on the same circuit. A blown fuse in the house circuit can cause this.
3. If using an extension cord, unplug it and connect the washer directly to the wall. A defective cord will prevent startup.

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: The power cord itself could be damaged. Inspect the entire cord for cuts or wear. If the cord is damaged, do not use the washer. Contact Sun Joe customer service at 1-866-766-9563.

HEADS UP: Never carry the plugged-in machine with your finger on the trigger. Make sure the switch is off before plugging it in to prevent unintentional starting.
