my t-fal clipso pressure cooker lid handle won't turn to lock. it's stuck. help?

First, don't force it. You likely have food debris in the locking mechanism. Let it cool completely. Then, clean the lid rim and the pot rim thoroughly, especially around the locking lugs. Check that the sealing ring is properly seated and not pinched. It should turn smoothly when clean and aligned.
