Diagnosis
Complete loss of power points to the main control board, the thermal fuse on the motor, or the wiring from the power cord.
How to Fix It
First, check the thermal fuse. Unplug the washer. Access the motor at the rear. The thermal fuse is a small white component with two wires, clipped to the motor housing. Test it for continuity with a multimeter. If it's blown, replace it.
If That Didn't Work
The main control board likely failed. You'll need to remove the top panel and the console to access it. Look for any visibly burnt components or cracked solder joints.
Heads Up
Before any internal checks, ensure the power cord is firmly plugged into the terminal block on the back of the washer itself. A loose connection there is a simple but overlooked cause.
