DIAGNOSIS This is almost always the washer not sensing the water level correctly. The control board thinks it needs more water, fills, then decides it's too full and drains, stuck in a loop.
FIX Yeah, this one's common. First, unplug the washer. Pull off the top control panel (it usually just flips up from the back). Look at the hose that runs from the bottom of the tub up to the back of the control panel—that's the pressure sensor hose. Disconnect it at both ends (the tub connection and the sensor connection) and blow through it hard to clear any clogs. Reconnect everything firmly, plug the washer back in, and try a cycle.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The pressure sensor itself on the control board might have failed. On this model, it's a little white plastic part the hose connects to. If the hose is clear and the problem persists, that sensor likely needs to be replaced, which requires swapping the whole control board.
HEADS UP When you're reconnecting that hose, make sure it's not kinked. A sharp bend can also mess with the air pressure signal and cause the same problem.
