IF THAT DIDN'T WORK Check that the cart frame itself is square and all frame bolts are tight. A wobbly cart frame will translate movement to the shelves. the lid on my grill doesn't seem to seal right, a lot of smoke leaks out the sides. is there an adjustment?

Minor warping is common and does not significantly affect cooking performance. The primary risk is heat loss, not safety. HEADS UP Some smoke escape is normal, especially in windy conditions. i get huge flare-ups in my grill even on low, it just coats everything in soot. how do i stop this?
