- Make sure the inner pot is correctly seated inside the appliance base. It needs to be fully inserted.
- Ensure you're only using the inner pot that came with the unit. It's designed to work only with that specific removable container.
Once you've reseated the proper inner pot, you can select your time and temperature and start a new cycle. If the error persists with the pot correctly inserted, there may be a sensor issue and you should contact customer service.
