- If the pad is damaged or won't stay in place, contact Vitamix Customer Service for a replacement. Using the blender without it can cause misalignment, damage, and injury.
If that didn't work, check the container seating. When you place the container on the base, it should sit flat and secure. If it's wobbling, the centering pad is likely missing or the container drive spline is damaged.
