Diagnosis
This model does not have a backup battery for the clock. A complete power loss resets all electronic settings.
How to Fix It
There is no fix for the reset behavior. This is a design specification. You must reset the clock manually after any power outage.
If That Didn't Work
If the clock resets without a noticeable power flicker, you may have a loose wiring connection in your home's circuit. Have an electrician check the outlet.
Heads Up
All programmed cooking settings (Sensor Cook, Express Defrost) are also erased during a power reset. You must reprogram them.
