Diagnosis
The LED ring indicates charging status. Flickering or amber/orange colors signal an unstable power connection or a problem with the handle.
How to Fix It
1. Unplug the USB power adapter from the wall and the base. 2. Re-seat all connections firmly. 3. Plug the adapter directly into a wall outlet, not a power strip. 4. Place the brush handle on the base. A solid white light indicates normal charging. Flashing white indicates low battery charging.
If That Didn't Work
Try a different 5V USB power adapter and cable. The base requires a stable 5V/1A minimum supply. An underpowered or faulty adapter causes flickering.
Heads Up
An amber or orange light is not a standard status color. It typically indicates incompatible voltage or a short circuit. Discontinue use and contact support if this appears.
