The brush bar is jammed. Hair or string is wrapped around it, triggering the motor cut-out.
- Disconnect the machine from the charger.
- Use a coin to twist the end cap on the tool anti-clockwise and remove it.
- Slide the brush bar out of the tool.
- Clear all debris from the brush bar. Check inside the tool's housing and remove any blockages.
- Wipe the brush bar and tool interior with a damp lint-free cloth. Do not wash them.
- Reinsert the brush bar, push the end cap back on, and twist it clockwise to lock.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: The blockage might be further back. Detach the tool and check the wand inlet on the main body for obstructions. Also, empty the bin—a full bin can cause general performance loss.
HEADS UP: The Mini motorised tool and its brush bar are not washable. Never run water through them or use detergents.
