Diagnosis
This is due to the TV's native 60Hz panel struggling with the 24fps or 30fps content from most movies and TV shows, creating judder. Motionflow settings can often make it worse if not tuned correctly.
How to Fix It
Manually configure the Motionflow and CineMotion settings. Go to Settings > Picture & Display > Picture > Motion. Set 'Motionflow' to 'Custom'. Set 'Smoothness' to 'Min' and 'Clearness' to 'Min'. Then, go to 'Advanced Settings' and set 'CineMotion' to 'High'. This combo minimizes soap-opera effect while reducing judder.
If That Didn't Work
The source might be the issue. If you're using an external streaming device (like a Fire Stick), check its display settings. Ensure its output matches the content (e.g., 60Hz for most apps is fine). Avoid forcing 4K 60Hz HDR output from the device if the content isn't natively in that format.

No setting will make 24fps film content look perfectly smooth on a 60Hz panel—some inherent judder is normal. These settings just minimize it to a more natural level.
