DIAGNOSIS You're overloading the pitcher or using a sequence that jams the blades. The 1400-watt motor has torque, but it needs a liquid base to vortex.
FIX For frozen drinks, always use the layering order: liquids first, then soft ingredients, then ice or frozen fruit on top. Never fill the pitcher past the 64 oz MAX line for frozen workloads.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The bearing in the blade assembly might be damaged from previous jams. Remove the blade unit (turn counterclockwise) and check for smooth spin. A gritty feel means you need a new blade assembly.
HEADS UP Use the 'Frozen Drinks' or 'Smoothie' auto-iQ program. It uses pulsed power to break up ice without a dead-stop jam.
