FIX Stop using the basket immediately. Ingesting non-stick flakes is a health hazard. Contact Chefman customer support directly with your model number and a photo of the damage. This is often covered under warranty for a manufacturing defect if it's premature peeling.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK If you're out of warranty, you must purchase an official replacement basket (model-specific for the TurboFry 8-Quart). Do not use third-party baskets, as fit and airflow are critical for this model's performance.
HEADS UP To preserve the new coating, hand-wash only with soft sponges, avoid stacking heavy items inside it, and never use aerosol cooking sprays. Use a pump-spray oil or brush on oil lightly.
