DIAGNOSIS The unit is in Standby mode. It powers on but won't start the ice-making cycle until you select a cube size.
FIX Press the 'Select' button to choose either Small or Large cube size. You should hear the compressor and fan kick on within 10 seconds. If you don't, press Select again—sometimes the first press doesn't register.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK Perform a hard reset. Unplug the machine, wait 60 seconds, then plug it back in. Immediately press Power, then Select. If it still doesn't start, the control board may be faulty.
HEADS UP This catches everyone. The power light just means it has electricity, not that it's running. You must select a size every time you want a batch of ice.
