DIAGNOSIS The control board is in a locked state or has experienced a minor electrical fault. This often follows a voltage fluctuation.
FIX Perform a hard reset. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. Wait 60 seconds. While unplugged, press and hold the 'Power' button on the machine for 15 seconds to discharge residual current. Replug the unit. The control panel should illuminate and beep once.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK Check the power cord connection at the back of the ice maker. Ensure it is fully seated. Try a different, dedicated wall outlet to rule out a circuit problem.
HEADS UP Do not use an extension cord or power strip. The compressor requires a stable, direct connection to a 110-120V outlet.
