DIAGNOSIS The presets are fixed. You cannot reprogram the preset time and temperature combinations on the Cosori Air Fryer Lite model.
FIX Use Time/Temperature controls. Press the Temperature button, then use +/- to set your desired temp (170°F-400°F). Press the Time button, then use +/- to set your desired minutes (1-60). Then press Start.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK For future cooks, note your preferred manual settings for common foods. The preset buttons can still be used as a starting point, then immediately adjusted manually before pressing Start.
HEADS UP The Shake reminder is not linked to any preset or manual mode. You must manually monitor and pause the cook to shake the basket for even results.
