DIAGNOSIS The machine has triggered its automatic cleaning reminder. It won't make ice until you run the cleaning cycle.
FIX You must complete the self-clean cycle. Unplug the unit. Fill the water tank with a mixture of 1 part white vinegar to 2 parts water. Plug it back in. Press and hold the "Clean" button for 3 seconds until the light stays solid. It will run for about 15 minutes, then beep. Dump the vinegar water, rinse the tank twice with clean water, and run one more clean cycle with just clean water to rinse.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK If the clean light continues to blink after a completed cycle, the internal sensor might be stuck. Unplug the machine for a full 60 minutes to perform a hard reset of the control board.
HEADS UP Never use chemical descalers or bleach. Only use food-grade white vinegar. Chemical residues can damage the food-grade plastic and contaminate your ice.
