DIAGNOSIS That's almost certainly the spider arm—the big three-armed bracket that holds the inner tub to the drive shaft. On some older TR7003WN units, it can corrode and eventually crack, causing the tub to wobble and grind against the outer tub.
FIX Unfortunately, this isn't a quick fix. You'll need to stop using it to prevent more damage. Confirming it requires removing the inner tub, which is a major disassembly job. If you see visible cracks or heavy rust on the spider arm when you look through the agitator post hole (with a flashlight), that's your culprit. Replacing the spider arm and likely the inner tub seal is a professional repair.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK A less severe but still noisy possibility is something like a bra wire or coin stuck between the inner plastic tub and the outer stainless steel tub. You can sometimes fish it out by carefully feeling around the gap at the top, but it's tricky.
HEADS UP Continuing to run it with a broken spider arm can destroy the outer tub and the drive system, turning a big repair into a complete write-off. If the noise is new and severe, call a tech.
