DIAGNOSIS The printer's wireless module is losing its IP address or failing to maintain a stable connection to your router, often due to router incompatibility or signal interference.
FIX Assign a static IP address to the printer in your router's settings. Use the printer's current MAC address. Also, disable the 'Sleep Mode' on the printer through its network settings menu to keep the connection alive.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The printer's wireless board may be faulty. Perform a full network reset on the printer (Settings > Network > Reset Network). If problems persist, consider using the wired Ethernet port instead.
HEADS UP Keep the printer away from large metal objects, microwaves, or cordless phone bases. These can severely disrupt the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi signal it uses.
