2. Install the crisper plate inside the basket.
3. Place a second layer of ingredients on top of the crisper plate.
4. Insert the basket into the unit.
5. Press the DEHYDRATE button.
6. Use the TEMP arrows to set your desired temperature, then the TIME arrows to set the dehydrating time.
7. Press START/PAUSE to begin.
