Yeah, this one's common. It's probably the safety feature kicking in because the basket isn't fully closed or seated.
- Make sure the basket is properly closed and fully inserted into the main unit. It clicks into place.
- Check that the ceramic-coated crisper plate is correctly assembled inside the basket.
If that didn't work: The unit enters standby mode after 10 minutes of no button presses. If you didn't adjust time or temp, it might have shut off. Just press the Power button to wake it, then START/PAUSE to resume.
Heads up: Also, never use an extension cord. Voltage fluctuations from a poor connection can cause intermittent shut-offs.
