Diagnosis
The machine is not reaching or maintaining high spin speeds. Common causes are an unbalanced load, a faulty drive motor, or a problem with the Hall sensor.
How to Fix It
1. Ensure loads are balanced and not exceeding capacity. 2. Check for and remove any small items (coins, screws) stuck between the tub and drum. 3. Run the Spin Only cycle. Listen for the motor to ramp up to a high-speed whir. If it doesn't, error code dE or SE may appear.
If That Didn't Work
Error code dE indicates a motor or Hall sensor failure. Error code SE indicates a communication error between the main PCB and the motor control PCB. Both require technical service.

Consistently unbalanced loads cause the machine to reduce spin speed to protect itself, resulting in wetter clothes.
