The noise is caused by cookware or accessories contacting the fan or heating elements.
- Verify the air fry basket, baking pan, or crumb tray is correctly positioned on the designated rack guides.
- Ensure no utensils, foil, or food packaging are inside the oven cavity.
- Confirm the rack is fully seated on the correct position and not tilted.
If that didn't work, the internal fan assembly may have a foreign object lodged in it. Unplug the oven and let it cool. Visually inspect the rear fan area for debris. Do not attempt to disassemble the unit to remove it.
Heads up: Only use Cuisinart-approved accessories. Non-approved pans can vibrate and cause noise.
