how do i clean the basket on my cosori pro LE? the nonstick coating has baked-on gunk.

For stubborn grease, you can make a baking soda paste. Here's how to do it safely without damaging the nonstick coating.

  1. Let the air fryer cool completely, then unplug it. Pull out the basket for faster cooling.
  2. In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of baking soda with 1 tablespoon of water to make a spreadable paste.
  3. Use a sponge to spread the paste onto the basket and crisper plate. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  4. Scrub gently with a non-abrasive sponge, then rinse. You can also wash with hot, soapy water or put them in the dishwasher—they're dishwasher safe.

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: For regular maintenance, clean the basket after every use. Lining it with foil (but not under the crisper plate) can make cleanup easier.

HEADS UP: Never use metal scouring pads or abrasive cleaners. Metal fragments can break off and create a risk of electric shock. Also, make sure everything is completely dry, especially the heating coil, before you use it again.
