the basket on my cosori air fryer is super hard to slide in, feels like it's catching

The basket is overfilled. Reduce the food load. The basket must slide in smoothly and click into place for the unit to operate.

1. Remove some food from the basket. Do not overfill.
2. Ensure no large or oversized food items are protruding.
3. Check that the crisper plate is correctly seated flat inside the basket. The four rubber stoppers should be in place on the crisper plate.

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: Inspect the basket and the air fryer housing tracks for food debris or grease buildup. Clean both thoroughly with a non-abrasive sponge and dry completely before reinserting.

HEADS UP: Never force the basket. It needs to be securely in place for the safety interlock. Never use the air fryer without the basket fully inserted.
