Those are rubber stoppers. They're safe, FDA-approved, and they prevent the crisper plate from directly touching and damaging the nonstick basket. You can reattach them.
- Soak the rubber stoppers in water first. This makes them more pliable.
- Push each stopper back in through the bottom of the crisper plate. Push in one side of the stopper at a time until it snaps into the hole.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: If a stopper is damaged or lost, contact Cosori Customer Support for replacements. Only use official parts. Do not use the crisper plate without the stoppers, as it may damage the basket coating.
HEADS UP: Only remove these stoppers for cleaning. To remove, pull from the bottom of the crisper plate, one side at a time. Wash them with the plate.
