how do i clean the heating coil in my cosori pro le air fryer?

— asked by Maya

Clean the heating coil only when the unit is off, unplugged, and completely cool.

  1. Turn off and unplug the air fryer. Pull out the basket for faster cooling.
  2. Wait until the interior is cool to the touch.
  3. Clean the heating coil inside the housing with a slightly moist, non-abrasive sponge or cloth to remove food debris. Do not immerse the housing in water.
  4. Ensure the heating coil is completely dry before plugging the unit back in and using it.

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: If debris is burned on, do not use metal scouring pads. Fragments can break off and touch electrical parts, causing shock. Use the baking soda paste method on the coil if necessary, but avoid getting paste into electrical components.

HEADS UP: Regular cleaning prevents smoke and odors. Always clean the basket and crisper plate after every use.
